    Description

90 degree full glass corners at Positive Footprint Wearhouse  Dorsten Germany.

A detail photo of the full transparent 90 degree corner of the iQ Structural 100 with two different glass thicknesses. By using different thicknesses of glass, the wall gets higher noise values than when you build it up with glass of the same thickness.

    Glass

Two different thicknesses of glass have been placed in this glass wall. On the office side, a 10.10.a.2 glass panel with a thickness of 20.76 mm was used and on the corridor side is a glass panel of 8.8.a.2 with a thickness of 16.76 mm. Both glass panels are equipped with an acoustic foil that minimizes sound transmission through the glass.

    Transparent 0-joint

The glass panels in this iQ Structural 100 are connected to each other by means of a full transparency 0-joint. So there is no need for vertical uprights in this type of wall. Even the 90-degree angle is completely transparent.

    Coating

All profiles used are made of black RAL7016 with a gloss level of 30%. The color is added with a powder coating process applied.

    Foil

A partially transparent foil has been applied to the glass with visuals supplied by the customer. This film serves to increase privacy while partially obscuring the view.
