Door unit with KDD90F Wood

KDD90F aluminum framed door filled with wooden panels and insulation. The aluminum doorhas a thickness of 100mm and is therefore the same thickness as the wall. The door is equipped with two 8mm MDF panels with clear lacquered oak veneer and an acoustic insulation (Rw 41dB)

A Planet drop sill is mounted at the bottom of the door. This prevents sound transmission under the door. Door and frame are assembled with four stainless steel hinges.Both the door and the frame are coated in the color RAL9016.

The special feature of this combination is that both the door and the  frame have an equal thickness as the wall. Bitches they are equipped with the double stop with double rubbers then ensures high sound values and minimal sound transmission.
